This Friday Mashville is proud to help present two area DJs as they each release their new albums and celebrate their recent signing to Grammatik’s Cold Busted Records. Mark Gourley, aka Creative Control, is dropping his debut Cultivation EP.
Amerigo Gazaway is a Nashville based MC, turntablist, and hip-hop producer. His influences range from a wide variety of producers such as DJ Premier, Pete Rock, and J-Dilla to more experimental artists such as DJ Shadow, RJD2 and Blockhead. He also draws much of his inspiration from greats such as Herbie Hancock, Quincy Jones and Isaac Hayes. His release on Cold Busted can be viewed here: The Instumentals Vol. 1.
